We are running as usual, but shipping delays may apply. We unfortunately can't do anything to prevent the delays our orders will face as the restrictions are applied by the local governments. Either way, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! It can take up to an extra week to main countries (USA, UK, CAN, AUS, DE, SIN...) and up to 2 weeks if you live in more remote areas. We hope you can understand the situation. Keep safe! We will get through this phase.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email sales@brosathletics.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. brosathletics.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. How can I order?

You place orders via our web shop very easy. In our shop you place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week your orders. Just choose the product you would like to have. Choose product type and click add to basket follow the easy steps to checkout page. Here you will need to fill in your shipping address. Payment you can choose 2 payment options, via PayPal or Credit Card.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the Europe, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
